There's a reason that there are so many diets out there, it's because none of them actually work.

When you go to the grocery store, you're surrounded by the words: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Non-GMO, Sugar-Free, Probiotic Infused, All-Natural, etc. When the companies list these things on their products, it makes you feel like you're buying with confidence.  You feel like you're making the right choices.

But in reality, they are fooling you. If you look at the list of ingredients and you have no idea what it is, neither does your body. These marketing tactics are the main reason you struggle to lose weight, often have no energy mid-afternoon, and feel like crap. The problem is you're not fueling your body with the ingredients that will actually make you feel good!

You don't need a fad diet, you don't need to cut a food group out, and you definitely don't need a crazy strict plan. You just need REAL FOOD, with REAL INGREDIENTS to lose the weight, have more energy, and feel good overall.

For years I was obsessed with fueling my body correctly, I weighed everything, tracked everything I put in my mouth, and made sure to hit my macros... until that wasn't enough.

I personally found myself dealing with gut and health issues, but I couldn't understand why? I was eating clean, I cut out dairy and gluten, I bought all-natural and organic. Until one day I happened to read a label.

I started to make small changes. I started cutting out certain ingredients and I finally started to feel less bloated and had more energy.  Since that day, I decided to convert to making sure I was fueling my body with REAL ingredients and I finally started to get REAL results.

I now show women, just like you, how to take the overwhelm out of clean eating by helping you navigate the grocery store, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
