We aren't that much different...

For years I was obsessed with fueling my body correctly, I weighed everything, tracked everything I put in my mouth, and made sure to hit my macros... until that wasn't enough.

I personally found myself dealing with gut and health issues, but I couldn't understand why? I was eating clean, I cut out dairy, I bought all-natural and organic. Until one day I happened to read a label.

I started small, I started cutting out certain ingredients and I finally started to feel less bloated and had more energy so I kept going and fully converted to making sure I was fueling my body with REAL ingredients and I finally started to get REAL results.

I now show women, just like you, how to take the overwhelm out of clean eating by helping you navigate the grocery store, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
